If I could give 0 stars I would. They are constantly trying to increase prices. I've had multi day outages in the last month. Random $150 charges show up on my account for no reason that I have to fight to get removed. Honestly if you have any choices at all I would pick someone else. This company used to be good before verizon bought them...

Worst service ever. Our internet has been down since Sunday, and it’s been nothing but lies and runaround since. We were promised a loaner device Monday—never happened. No email, no tracking, nothing. When I called back, they couldn’t even find my previous call or any notes. I was on the phone for 45 minutes repeating myself, explaining I work from home and need internet ASAP. They scheduled a technician for Thursday 1–5 pm. My husband left work early to be home, and they kept pushing the appointment back all day—until the final update said they might show up at 10 pm. Completely ridiculous. When we complained, instead of fixing it, they rescheduled us AGAIN… to Saturday. After two years with this company, we are canceling. The customer service is disorganized, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t care about their customers. Do better.

I was with Frontier for many years but after countless frustrations with the internet service and rising prices I finally had enough. Now after settling my final bill I discovered I was charged a $50 restocking fee for returning the equipment. Not even a thank you for being a LONG time customer we'll waive the fee. That has to be the most outrageous fee of all time. It further solidifies that I will never go with Frontier EVER again. Don't go with this company. You'll get duped in the long run

Literally the worst company I’ve ever worked with. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because most people prefer to read 2 star reviews. Horrible experience, their app doesn’t work, won’t let me change cards for autopay, so now they are charging me extra because THEIR app doesn’t allow me to change cards. Their support agent told me to “wait a few hours and the IT team will fix the app”. They provided zero help, zero resolution, all headaches.
